The Pilates Spine Corrector 3-in-1 provides three (3) different arc sizes, together with the Spine Corrector base. Works wonderfully as a standalone piece of equipment, or it can be used in combination with other equipment.

Three choices of three arc sizes help achieve either a low, mid, or high arc. Stretch and strengthen the abdomen and back while supported. Many exercises can be performed to stabilize, stretch and strengthen the shoulders, hip flexors, pelvic-lumbar region, hip abductors, and hamstrings.
